Grounded in emotional intelligence and self-actualization, each coaching engagement is thoughtfully co-created through inquiry, reflection, and dialogue. Kelly’s asset-based approach recognizes the strengths that individuals and teams already possess and helps them access and practice the skills needed to thrive. As a coach, Kelly creates brave spaces for honest reflection, meaningful connection, and growth, helping teams leverage their collective strengths while developing more effective ways of communicating, collaborating, and leading together.
Kelly has received her Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and is an International Coaching Federation ACC Level 1 Certified Coach.
