Coaching
Kelly provides personalized coaching for school administrators and administrative teams, helping them to set meaningful goals and to think strategically and inclusively. She facilitates self-reflection and inspires individuals and groups to look at opportunities and challenges from multiple perspectives.
For leaders in maker education, Kelly consults on designing making spaces and identifying project-based making opportunities across the curriculum. She helps leaders create a schedule that supports this work as well as design assessments that measure effort and learning.
Making starts with students’ existing interests, skills, and expertise and provides for choice in how they demonstrate their understanding.
